You can place order from Cart, which support you to place combined orders. Please add the products to the Cart and place order from Shopping Cart.
Step 1.Search for the product name on the landing page.
Step 2. Find a product that you want (Filtering is supported).
Step 3. Confirm the product specifications and click on “Add To Cart”.
Migliormarca accepts all returns that are reported within 20 days from the date of receipt of goods. In this case, just start the refund procedure through your Account, by accessing the section “Orders” on Migliormarca.com. In case of a failed or wrong product, open a refund request and send photos of the product. We will send you instructions on how to proceed within the next two business days following your request.
You can make a return request for one or more products within 20 days of receiving the goods.
Place the product in its original packaging (both the manufacturer’s packaging and the packaging the item(s) arrived in, remove any old shipping labels, place the print-out of the return authorization that you received via email inside the package.
Should you receive a faulty product or not the product you ordered, open a refund request and send photos of the product. We will send you instructions on how to proceed within the next two business days following your request.
Nope, you don’t need to have an account to place an order with Migliormarca. You can simply shop, add items to the cart, and check out. When you place your order, you can provide an email address for order confirmations so you can track your order. Doing so won’t create an account and it won’t result in a subscription to e-mail newsletters unless you choose to subscribe.
Having an account is pretty handy. You’ll be able to see your order history, any wish lists you’ve created, and the shipping addresses you’ve used will be saved for future purchases. An account can be created before you start shopping by clicking the “Register” in My account page, before you check out and place your order, and immediately after your order is placed.
If you paid with a credit card, the money will be refunded to your card. It usually takes around 3-20 business days for the money to arrive.
If the refund process is marked “complete” but it looks like you did not get your money back yet, please check your bank account first. Some refunds are booked on the date of the purchase.
For example a customer paid for his order on January 15. He applied for a refund 2 months later. However, the bank showed the refund on the same date as his purchase.
If after carefully checking your bank statement (as suggested above) you still cannot find your refund, please contact our customer service team.
1. The bank statement should have an official stamp.
2. Please provide a bank statement from 2 days before the purchase date until 10 business days after the (completed) refund date. For example, if you paid for an order on November 11 and your refund was completed on November 24, please send us the bank statement that shows payments from November 9 – December 8.
3. Mark the purchase of the specific order in your bank statement so that it easy for us to find.
Usually, it takes 3-20 business days, varying with different banks, for buyers to receive the refund after the refund is successfully processed by us.
Please wait 3-20 business days to check the bank statement. And if, after carefully checking the bank statement or bill, you still have not received the refund after 20 business days, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.
You may try following methods to resolve the problem:
Method 1. Track the parcel to know the shipping status.
Note: Invalid tracking number may be resulted from the late update of the shipping status. In this scenario, you contact our support team to check.
Method 2. Contact us for more info. Or send us a refund request. Make sure you request for a refund before the 20 days period ends. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds policy page for further information.
Method 3: If the 20 days period has ended already, please contact our Customer Service Team.
For security reasons, the refund will only be processed to the original card from which the payment has been deducted.
If your original card has expired or is not valid anymore, you may contact the card issuer (your bank or card company) for assistance, for they will still be able to receive the money on your behalf.
The return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense. Migliormarca is responsible for the return only in case of faulty or incorrect products.
When a customer return a product, the refund amount will be sent to customer within a maximum of 3-20 working days from receipt of the product.
Migliormarca does not exchange goods. It is necessary to make a return request for the product that you wishes to return and create a new order.
You can make a return request within 20 days of receiving the goods by following these instructions:
1 – Access the Migliormarca.com “My account” followed by the “Orders” section.
2 – Select the order to be returned by clicking on the order number or “View”.
3 – Click on “Refund My Entir Order” a refund popup will open in a modal window, specify the reason for the refund, then click on “Submit Request”.
4 – Wait for an e-mail from our customer service with instructions to prepare the goods to be returned.
Insert a copy of the “Order number” inside the package. If no number is subsequently found we will not guarantee reimbursement for the goods returned.
The products must be returned intact and with the original packaging.

You can change/cancel an order only when the order status is Processing/On hold.
Once payment has been received and confirmed, the order is processed and conveyed to logistics. And can no longer be amended nor cancelled.
You may still return items once they have been received.

The cost of shipments depends on the weight and volume of the package and the destination country.
We mainly ship with our partner DHL, but we also rely on other couriers for large volumes or for non-EU countries.
Delivery times depend on the country of delivery. All orders are processed by Our store within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Migliormarca offers dedicated DHL courier rates for the main European countries, but still ships throughout the European Union to the customer, delivery within 7 working days.
International orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx and Boxberry couriers.
With DHL, depending on the service chosen, the courier will try 3 times to deliver or take the products to a collection point where the recipient can pick up the order.
All couriers, in case of non-delivery, leave a notice for the recipient with instructions on how to proceed to collect the package.
